Client Portal Information

Instructions on setting up your account on the Theranest Client Portal:

Create Account from Link

Your Therapist will send you a link, possibly via email or text. If you are an existing Client, please be sure to use name and email that your Therapist has on file. If you are a new Client, please enter information that you would like to be used going forward. This link is found throughout the Copper Door Counseling, Inc. website: https://copperdoor.mytheranest.com/

  1. Click provided link.

  2. Enter First and Last Name.

  3. Enter Email.

  4. Create Password - Must be 6 or more characters.

  5. Click Sign Up.

  6. Client Portal Welcome email will be sent. Favorite the Client Portal link that is sent for quick and easy access to your Client Portal.

Create Account from Invite

Client Portal Invite will be sent to the address you have on file with your Therapist.

  1. Locate the Invite email.
    Subject
    [Organization Name] has invited your to Join the Client Portal

  2. Read Message for any specific directions.

  3. Click Join Client Portal button.

  4. First and Last name, as well as the email defaults to what your Therapist has on file.

  5. Create Password - Must be 6 or more characters.

  6. Click Sign Up.

Enter Demographics

May look different depending on what your Therapist is requiring, speak to your Therapist if you have any questions. Be sure to enter Demographic information as well as your phone number within your Profile.

  1. Fill out the Demographic Information (Address, Demographic, Emergency Contact) as much as possible.

  2. Click Save Demographic Info button.

  3. Click your Name in top right corner.

  4. Select My Profile.

  5. Enter Phone number and click Save Profile.

Complete Intake Forms

Important: Each form has a two hour time limit to complete before you will be logged out due to inactivity. If you need more time or need to finish the form at a different time, click the Next button to save your information.

  1. Click Intake Forms in top header.

  2. Complete Intake form displayed.

  3. Click the Next arrow to save current form or to move to next form.

  4. When you have completed all intake forms, review them, clicking appropriate button provided to make any changes.

  5. At the bottom you will need to add your Signature.

  6. Click Draw Signature to use a mouse or trackpad to enter Signature.

  7. OR click Type in Signature to use a keyboard to enter Signature.

  8. Click Save Signature button.

  9. Click Sign & Submit button.
    Note: Adding/saving Signature and Submitting are two separate steps and both must be completed to complete your intake forms.
